Every location that hosts a Smart Cooler vending machine is a unique and important partner. We understand everyone has different tastes, different needs, and value our offerings differently. We strive to provide the best variety and freshest options tailored specifically to the type(s) of people and tastes in a particular space. A college dorm has different needs than an industrial warehouse, and they will have different tastes than a medical center. Its never about just chips and soda, its about creating a valuable on-site amenity that everyone is interested in.
No cost, no obligation, zero effort partners - most of our partners are the zero effort, zero cost type, they are up and running in no time with this partnership model. We do all the work, we provide the machines, service and stock the machines, and we don't offer payments to the location for rental or commissions - We provide a service to the location, by giving them a great selection of products at a very reasonable price.
Subsidized Service Partners - Some location partners want to provide their on site staff a valuable amenity with cheap and convenient food and drink selections, so they opt to pay 50% of the product sales price for their staff. In this situation we price everything at 50% of our normal sale price (very close to the actual item cost)... for example a soda that costs us $1 to purchase we might sell for $2 in the smart cooler, however this type of partner wants the items available for purchase at $1 and then at the end of the month they will pay an invoice for the other $1 directly to Elevate.
Commission and Rental Partners - Some locations are such high traffic locations that they can easily exceed typical daily sales because they are bringing new foot traffic through their doors everyday, resulting in increased sales. Places like this are shopping malls, airports, and other places new people are coming through everyday. This type of location would ask for like 10% of sales revenue or a flat monthly fee, and it can often make sense. For example, an airport vending machine can sell a $1 soda for $3 or $4 (a 3x or more markup) and still see enough daily sales.
A Service Only Partner - Some locations have their own machines or want to purchase their own machines, but they do not want to deal with servicing and restocking the machine.
